I found Clare’s EFIT training fabulous! It was so clear and illuminating in a training space that I have found at times to be confusing. As an already experienced therapist in this area, I was impressed with how Clare brought us alongside her with transparency and grace, expanding on what was known whilst not leaving behind those newer to this therapy. I used what I learnt from this training immediately with clients, and continue to return to the notes again and again since.
