EFIT Mastering Skills Course

Description:
This 10hr training revises the concepts of EFIT focusing on real-world case examples and experiential exercises to deepen participants’ mastery of the EFIT model. This training will allow therapists to practice the interventions, to discuss blocks and stuck places, and aims to build both confidence and skills. By watching segments of sessions and breaking down the EFIT interventions and clinical decision-points, this workshop will consolidate and develop the EFIT therapist’s precision and insightful proficiency of practice as applied to a range of different presentations.

At the end of training, participants will be able to:

• Utilize the present moment in session for therapeutic change, using the EFIT interventions and the EFT Tango in a natural and organic way
• Know and intentionally choose an EFIT intervention or micro-skill from a range of options in order to best achieve the desired outcome in a given moment in-session
• Work creatively with therapeutic blocks and “stuck” patterns – working within and between to create movement and growth
• Use the therapeutic relationship as a powerful attachment-based tool for corrective emotional experience
• Gain mastery in choreographing engaged encounters for on-target, powerful change

ICEEFT Certification and CPD credits:
EFIT Mastering Skills Course is the second training course required to become an ICEEFT Certified EFIT Therapist. Participants will receive a certificate of completion for 10 hours of CPD via email on the last day of training.
